Registration Cancellation by Attendee
Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 60 days before the event. Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a $250 service fee. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. Refunds will not be available to registrants who do not give advance notice of cancellation and who do not show up at the event.
Attendees are responsible for their own hotel reservations. Multifamily Leadership, LLC cannot guarantee room availability or prices. Attendees should research room rates and availability prior to registration.

All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. In certain circumstances, registered attendees may be able to transfer their paid ticket to another individual of the same ticket class, based on the sole discretion of Multifamily Leadership, LLC. Please note, a multifamily professional ticket may not be transferred to a multifamily vendor and vice versa.
These above policies apply to all events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.
Registration Cancellation by Sponsor
Sponsorships are non-refundable. Should a sponsor request a cancellation, said sponsorship will be credited toward a future event produced by Multifamily Leadership, LLC.
In the event Multifamily Leadership, LLC cancels the event, or if we change the format of the event or any program to a virtual format, Multifamily Leadership, LLC will notify Sponsor as soon as reasonably practicable. If we cancel the event as a whole, or cancel certain events sponsored by the Sponsor, Multifamily Leadership, LLC will discuss with Sponsor either to transfer the sponsorship to a virtual platform or forward the sponsorship funds to the subsequent year’s event.
Further, Multifamily Leadership, LLC cannot guarantee any specific attendee numbers in our events, sessions, or sponsored events, and Sponsor will not be entitled to any refund as a result of any reduced attendance. Multifamily Leadership, LLC shall in no event have any liability to Sponsor and shall have no other obligation to Sponsor of any type except as expressly stated in these Policies.
Event Cancellation or Postponement by Multifamily Leadership, LLC
Multifamily Leadership, LLC reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. Multifamily Leadership, LLC’s events are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to cancel any event or the conference as a whole, or switch to a virtual conference or event format, at any time for any reason and without prior notice. If Multifamily Leadership, LLC cancels an event for any reason, registrants will be offered a registration at a future event.
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, Multifamily Leadership, LLC has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. Registration cancellation by attendee terms and conditions above still apply to this scenario. Requests can be made by sending an email to [email protected].
The health and safety of our attendees, employees and community is our top priority. Multifamily Leadership, LLC and the event venue will follow all federal, state and local requirements relating to COVID-19 health and safety precautions.
By registration and attendance you acknowledge:
I AM AWARE OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND RELATED GOVERNMENTAL ORDERS, DIRECTIVES AND GUIDELINES (COLLECTIVELY “DIRECTIVES”), INCLUDING DIRECTIVES FOR FREQUENT HAND WASHING, SOCIAL DISTANCING AND USE OF FACE MASKS IN PUBLIC LOCATIONS OR OTHER SETTINGS/GATHERINGS. I AM AWARE THAT THE EVENT MAY BE HELD IN A LOCATION OF A GROUP GATHERING DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC. I AM AWARE THAT I COULD BE INFECTED, SERIOUSLY INJURED OR EVEN DIE DUE TO COVID-19. I AM VOLUNTARILY ATTENDING THE EVENT WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE DANGER INVOLVED AND AGREE TO FULLY AND SOLELY ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS OF SICKNESS, BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHETHER THOSE RISKS ARE KNOWN OR UNKNOWN.
